When Kristi Hand established Titan Realty, she had one clear mission – let people know that Lake Norman is an incredible place to live. She grew up here and now is raising her family here. This love of the lake and its communities led Kristi into real estate and now, for nearly 23 years, she has helped clients buy and sell their homes in the Lake Norman area.

A lifetime around the lake

When you meet people who live around Lake Norman these days, there’s a good chance that they are originally from somewhere else. It could be Buffalo, Chicago, Cleveland, New York or maybe from just down the road in Charlotte. A Lake Norman native can seem pretty rare. Kristi Hand is one of the fortunate few who have called this area home throughout her life.

She has fond memories of fishing off wooden docks and playing with her brother in the woods near Washam Potts Road in Cornelius. When she was a girl Kristi had dreams of leaving the small town life, but as she grew up came to realize this part of the world has everything she wanted. Now she wants to share the beauty of living around Lake Norman with everyone.
